We have two different refund policies. One is for physical products that we sell such as voodoo dolls and gris gris bags. The other refund policy is for non-physical products or services such as spells.
If you purchase a physical product for us such as a voodoo doll or gris gris bag, we will only refund you for the full amount if your product does not arrive to you, or if it arrives to you in a significantly damaged caused in transit. If your product does not arrive to you, or it is damaged in transit, please write to us by emailing email@example.com. Please include your name, address, the product that you ordered, and any other related details. We will refund you the full purchase price once we are able to confirm that the product did not arrive to you or that it was significantly damaged.
We can not refund you for any orders for physical products after you place your order, unless it is covered by the above significant damage in transit or it was not delivered to you.
